- Design a CRM system that can monitor our relationships with existing customers
- Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
- Set specific strategies to retain customers
- Work with the Brand Director to develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customer acquisition
- Assist with organizing promotional campaigns to reach prospective customers
- Plan, manage, and track the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Review and select CRM software that meets our company’s needs
- Conduct market research to follow trends and competition in the CRM field
