职位描述
• Lead Sales support team to support business on personal admin related work, workshop design, facilitation, OPEX management.
• Partner with sales and CommOps and CommEx team to consolidate data and provide analysis to ensure BU operational excellence.
• Manage 3rd party contractor performance and productivity.
• Lead or support strategy and business projects and ensure end to end processes are adequately evaluated.
• Work with key stakeholders to identify the problems and leverage resources based on data, design the scalable process and solution, manage timeline and drive execution with measurable business impact.
• Ad hoc task assigned by manager.
