My client is a global top industrial group serving industrial leading automation solutions worldwide.

Responsibilities：

This is a key business support role that works closely with CEO for business related management and execution, including:

- Integration of various reporting channels and press the emergency or the importance of screening, extracted from the daily information points reporting to the CEO; assist the CEO to follow up the work.
- Assist the CEO to deal with internal management issues, explore the company's strategy and rationalize the management framework by internal projects.
- Coordination of various departments, the relationship between the subsidiary leadership to solve communication barriers and reduce misunderstanding.

Qualifications

- 5+ years work experience in a EA or high level supporting role in multinational companies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong business sense, be very good at time and project management, with the strong ability to coordinate with all departments in the corporate and attention to detail.
- Good communication skill both in English and Mandarin.
