职位描述

Planning – develop the 2-3 year plan for CVO chain store and E-Commerce customers, based on China’s CVO strategy. Also, develop the annual execution plan of those key accounts.
 Work with internal partners and external partners to develop value-added offers to improve Castrol brand influence and product sales to chains store customers.
 Implement the aligned strategy which is beyond lubricants by working with a wider team and different functional team from external partners.
 Digitalization – Follow digitalized tools to manage the business and related sales activities.
 Cross-region Coordination – coordinate the activities in developing and managing the CVO account.
 Tracking –Track the KPIs of CVO customers and enhance the execution of the contract and delivery of the offer by relevant parties (incl. BP, the distributor, and customer).
 Ensure that all activities conducted through 3rd parties or intermediaries in the responsibility area comply fully with our own CoC and local competition legalization. Ensure compliance with country regulations, company Group, Segment, and regional policies and standards.
