职位描述
--At least 2-3 years of voice related system technical support experience or call center system support experience. Has knowledge and experience of voice gateway settings and know-how about call flow.
--Rich troubleshooting and deployment experience of voice.
--Network experience is a plus.
--Skype system support experience is a plus.
Soft skill:
--Good learning agility, develop-self mindset.
--Good and logical communication skill.
--Passionate about work, proactive personality.
--Workable command of English language. Willing to develop it during work and can follow trainings delivered in English.
