Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily accounting operations, including accounting documents review, expense journal input, etc..
• Responsible for monthly reconciliation of receivable/payable/accrual with E-Commerce team, make sure the proper accounting record of E-Commerce business.
• Process monthly closing, including expenses/OP/tax function, perform bank reconciliation, generate financial statement, etc..
• Process monthly tax filing, coordinate quarterly/yearly tax declaration.
• Perform review of accounting analysis, to ensure reporting in high quality and according to timeline.
• Make sure proper filing of accounting vouchers and documents in timely manner.
• Other tasks as required during daily finance work.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, excellent skills of MS Excel & UF;
3. Strong communication skills and team-work spirit;
4. Be willing to learn and take additional responsibilities while circumstance arise;
5. Strong work commitment, proactive, detail oriented;
6. Good English in writing and speaking.
