职位描述
1、Lead and manage Managed Service Provider (MSP) key stakeholder (Regional Service Manager, Service Delivery Manager) for MSP work, establish service delivery performance and KPI assessment model, ensure service delivery quality to meet mission critical infrastructure operation needs
2、Perform IT service management on analysis, diagnosis, and resolution cross incident / problem management, change management, service request management, NOC, CMDB management and asset management in alignment with ITIL model for various business needs
3、Act as owner to implement all these defined processes and push landing
4、Conduct Quarterly Operation Review against operation performance to the IT leadership team, and put forward continuous service improvement plan
5、Continue optimize existing IT operational process system and service architecture to be the new Ecosystem process system which is align with global IT ecosystem
6、Assist in the administration, implementation, and delivery of IT Infrastructure project and services as required
7、Participate contract negotiations and vendor management with IT service providers and partners
8、Coach and influence both internal and external key stakeholders to follow ITSM process

Qualification & Expertise
1、BS degree in Computer Science / Project Management or related disciplines
2、More than 5+ years working experience on IT Service Management or Service Delivery area
3、More than 5+ years working experience in IT infrastructure (Cloud/IDC) operation
4、Solid & practical IT process knowledge with high ITIL proficiency especially on Incident Management, Change Management
5、ITIL V3/V4 certificate is MUST requirement
6、Rich experience in project management methodologies and best practices, PMP certificate is highly desired
7、Possesses outstanding presentation, communication and analytical skills
8、Must work independently with little direct supervision
9、Excellent written and verbal English
10、Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
