Responsibilities：
1.Lead sales operation and achieve declared sales and marketing goals;
2. Supervise the daily operation of sales team;
3. Uncover and solve operational problems in sales activities;
4. Establish and maintain an efficient and effective sales operation with a well-documented process control mechanic;
5. Master market and competitive situation for strategic planning;
6. Initiate a close cooperation with different functional groups within the company;
7. Formulate marketing strategies and develop plans to achieve the business objectives for China market
8. Own the ability to train and coach sales team members

Requirement：
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Automation is required
2.At least 8 years sales working experiences in metallurgical industry or automobile industry with at least 3 years in people management
3.Strong communication and influencing skills both in Chinese and English
4.Be familiar with foundries, steel plants and forging shops
