职位描述
• Coordinate and monitor APAC closing process with focus on APAC Adhesives (monthly, quarterly and annually) to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Provide insightful analysis and commentary on APAC business performance (vs. PY, Plan, Forecast) with collaboration with business controlling team
• Overlook the APAC Adhesives sales incentive program process from Controlling side and drive further improvements
• Take initiatives on digitalization and automation to further increase data transparency, improve data analytics and support business decisions
• Lead and drive Controlling related projects in APAC as well as support other regional and cross-regional projects from Controlling & Financial aspect
• Contribute to continuous improvement in controlling relevant concepts, processes, and tools
• Support regional/global knowledge sharing and training activities
