1. Closing and Reporting:
 Closing and reporting of trade CN, including reviewing daily bookkeeping, and preparing for the P&L and Balance Sheet according to group guideline.
 Prepare for one China consolidation which will be reviewed by MT China on monthly base.
 Upload the group report in Cognos, maintain and download report from Cognos.
 Upload the sales report (one China) in group Qlikveiw system.
 Support MT to prepare for yearly budget and Q-rolling forecast. make proper comparison between actuals and budget.

2. Business analysis and business control:
 Manage all business reports timely upon business needs (Trade CN).
 Prepare for China managerial reports timely including production, sales, cost, CAPEX etc.
 Advice other local teams to follow well with the same reporting rules, same reporting format, and make sure to have good reporting quality.
 Responsible for the internal control, such as expense reimbursement according to CoC, monitor pricing and margin, and KPIs etc.
 Analysis and control OPEX especially 3rd party warehouse and transportation cost together with supply chain.

3. Data and system management centrally (One China)
 Work with china “wechat work” which is used for application and approval platform.
 Data management including but not limited to data backup according to internal rules.
 Centralized management of data and managerial reports in one system

Knowledge, Experience and Skills required
 Bachelor’ degree in finance / accounting
 At least 8+ years relevant experience, preferably feedings or additives industry,
 Proven good record to perform finance and managerial report and play as strong business partner.
 Must have experience working in fast paced MNC
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office experience, SAP, BI system. Experience of running a whole project will be a plus.
 Must have a high level of initiative and be goal driven
 Strong interpersonal & communication skills
 Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
 Fluent in oral and written English
