My client is leading industrial products designer and manufacturer. Been in China market for decades, it's been providing state-of-the-art products to clients in different industries and environments.

The business is operating in multiple-channels, through both wholesale and retail, it's now seeing a continuous growth in China market.

Job reponsibility:
- Work with HQ to customize growth strategy for China;
- Design sales plans in alignment with the strategy and make sure of its implementation.
- Manage and develop a sizeable team that runs across both online and offline sales, service, marketing etc.
- Effectively develop and manage external partners which is crucial in the business growth.
- Closely work with other functional teams such as HR, Finance, Opeartions & Supply Chains.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, MBA is a plus.
- 10 years of relevant expereince in the sales / sales management/ product marketing etc.
- Team management expereince
- Multichannel development and management experience
- E-commerce expereince is a plus.
- Fluent English, both speaking and written
- Excellent communication skills
