1) 负责超手册维修体系建立及流程开发
2) 负责航空一级机械系统维修能力建设
MUST-HAVE：
1) 建立超手册维修体系的经验
2) 开发DMDOR/DOA维修方案并获得审批的经验
3) 熟练使用3D设计软件进行航空机械产品设计构型
4) CCAR-66优先
