As a customer service engineer, you will be closely monitoring clients' complaint and addressing feedbacks. You will be internally working with sales, technical and quality team to ensure customer satisfaction and products upgrades.

Demonstrated solid customer service working experience is needed. Background in metal product industry will be a strong plus. English language skills is a must.
