We are seeking for a Principal Digital Consultant of CRM in the Digital Office. The Principal Digital Consultant helps the CRM product owner in the definition and execution of CRM product vision and roadmap. She/he works closely with the product owner, business functions, technology team and
end-users.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the CRM Product Owner in the definition and execution of CRM product vision and roadmap
2. Develop and compile business cases for CRM product features including business justification, revenue potential, and operational impact.
3. Be the voice-of-the-customer to incorporate end-user feedback into the product plan and life-cycle
4. Collaborate with tech vendors and Herbalife technology team (GTS) to conceptualize, document, build, and evangelize new CRM capabilities
5. Write great user stories, epics and acceptance criteria to guide development teams
