职位描述
Key Accountabilities:
• Primary:
-Master all processes in the whse
-Secure 3PL implement & execute processes correctly
-Push for progress
• Secondary:
-Support Business Planning activity (DP&OE team)
-Support the Head of the Region on budgeting matters
Skills and knowledge:
• Ability to manage the relationship with 3PL:
-Drive
-Boost engagement
-Foster collaboration
• WMS savvy
• PowerBI/data analysis geek
• Process oriented mindset
• Improvement mindset and skills
• Experience:
-Time and cost constrained industry, preferred (automotive, eCom)
-Fashion & Luxury not necessary, unless market leaders (Zara, Nike, UniQlo)
• Profile:
-Process & Data savvy
-Potential to become Whse Manager
-Young engineer
