Project Lead (Sr. Project Manager), Data Management Solution

What to expect:
You will work closely with other consultants / engineers to design and develop data solution applicable across clients and customized solutions for specific clients; work on the collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing of huge sets of data.

A typical day may involve:
• Project Manager – Take full project operation responsibility for consulting project and commercial system implementation (solution, plan, resource arrangement, customer relationship etc.)
• Business Solution Leader – Able to provide proper business solution associated with pharma industry commercial compliance for either consulting or system project
• Hands on work – Lead team and participate in detail works for system implementation project like design, development, testing etc.
• Training – Leverage knowledge and expertise to setup training mechanism to enable new team member and joiners

Essential experience needed:
1. At least 10 years of MDM related project experience, with at least 5 years’ hands-on project solution experience in big data architecture2. Expert in data architecture and design, data strategy, data governance, data modelling, data quality, data warehouse, business intelligence/analytics, master data management, etc
3. Familiar with main stream big data architecture like AWS (EC2, RDS, IAM, Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3), Ali (DataPhin, DataWorks, DataPipe, Maxcompute), Azure or internet company like Meituan, Didi etc.
4. Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Python, MongoDB, NoSQL based decision systems.
5. Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning, WeChat, Voice Recognition, Image Recognition
6. Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements
7. Ability to define multiple solution options to business problems
8. Understand design tradeoffs like performance vs. size and have excellent data modelling skills
9. Possess passion and ability to learn new technologies
10. Fluent in writen and spoken English
