The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to be responsible for the new digital service products and the implementation of employee training . You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.

Responsibilities

The reginal market-driven pricing of the new service products
Active maintenance and control of the digital service product portfolio, taking into account customer needs and improving profitability
The creation of market requirements and active participation / initiation of customer surveys
The regular market observation of the service activities of the market companions (competitors)
the systematic further development of existing as well as the development of new markets for the service business
Regularly inform the local sales (service & new installations) team about new products, product changes as well as about new digital service products from competitors

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or automation background
5+ years' of experience in product management in IOT or automation industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Scrum or Agile experience
Good Communication both in Chinese and English(dotted-line report to foreigner)
