Accountabilities:
 Manage multiple and/or large, complex support multiple business areas and geographies.
 Accountable for leading project teams from option generation through execution to meet stated business and project objectives.
 Accountable and responsible for establishment and measurement of key project objectives.
 Overall accountability for clarifying, developing, evaluating and documenting individual projects plans.
 Ensure project team cohesiveness in an environment where team members are in multiple locations and of diverse cultural backgrounds.
 Balance business desires/requirements with IT possibilities and cost constraints.
 Participate in eliciting, validating, and documenting business requirements which ensure “value-add” and meet client objectives.
 Demonstrated track record with all aspects of project management including extensive stakeholder management with senior level customers.
 Experience as an enthusiastic, motivating leader that understands how to identify and leverage strengths and weaknesses within the team. A critical component of this position is the ability to influence without authority.
 Ability to plan and estimate technology-related projects.
 Ability to manage conflict within the team as well as with stakeholder groups.
 The ability to communicate effectively with senior level managers, as well as the technical team.
