Primary Function:
• Response for Business support and Technical Support of financial system, SRM system, HR system and event system, and give best solution for business requirements

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
• Response to resolve user’s problem escalate from 1st line • Response for related system daily operation.
• Response to communicate with business user, collect user requirements and give solution
• Actively work with other IT team colleagues to solve other kinds of problems of client impact
• Be familiar with and implement IT process and specification of the company, be able to quickly find problems, analyze, and solve problems, and improve user satisfaction
• Be responsible for supporting docking with other relevant system projects
• According to the company's information security management requirements, comply with all the company's information security policies, processes and perform duties as required to protect the security of the company's information assets

Qualifications:
• College degree or above in computer related major
• At least 6 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Familiar with financial system, purchasing system, event system, HR system
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, learning ability and execution, work conscientiously, solid and good communication ability and service awareness
• Good communication ability and problem-solving ability, have certain pressure resistance ability
