• To lead the development and implementation the solution architecture adhering to conditions including business requirements and IT strategies.
• Lead enterprise-wide solution architecture for organization\’s digital transformation journey;
• Conceptualize, Architect, Design Digital Solutions & Research, Evaluate of new technologies;
• Document all solution architecture design and analysis work;
• Work with Business engagement manager, Business stakeholders to ensure that the Business requirements, functional requirement and non-functional requirements are suitable documented and are fit to determine the solution, can be tested against, and detailed enough to prove that the solution will delivery to the requirements.
• Defining and articulating complex solutions for large scale/high impact projects, including business, applications, data and infrastructure impacts along with testing and implementation considerations through defined design & approval process.
• Developing pragmatic, commercial feasible architectures, considering all functional as well as non-functional requirements (e.g. performance, capacity, accessibility, security, usability).
• Lead and facilitate the creation of governing principles and standards to steer decision making during the execution of the project to ensure consistency in the overall architecture.
• Be able to engage in programmes and projects in Subject Matter Expert (SME) roles, providing knowledge and ability, lead Work Package Manager tasks, provide leadership competencies; represent the company values and benefits into fora like ITAC, PMT etc.
• Coordinate new development activities, maintain existing set-up and ensure consistency gets well-integrated to established reference architecture.
• Estimate the financial impact of architecture solution alternatives.
• Document, model and disseminate understanding of the domain architectural design and its analysis work.
• Lead the development and execution of a communication and education plan for all architecture practitioners and key stakeholders.
• Engage and oversee the evaluation and selection of architecture best practices and industry standards, advocate the pragmatic relationship between design and documentation of enterprise, domain or solution through-out lifecycle including deployments and support perspectives.
• Ambassador for best practice and adherence to the company’s Architecture Handbook, industry standards like ITIL.
• To follow management instructions and procedures; to report Environment Health and Safety (EHS) risks and EHS related incidents; to follow quality specifications and requirements and identify quality risks and opportunities for improvement.
