职位描述

1. Design a CRM system that can monitor our relationships with existing customers
2. Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
3. Set specific strategies to retain customers
4. Work with the Brand Director to develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customer acquisition
5. Assist with organizing promotional campaigns to reach prospective customers
6. Plan, manage, and track the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns
7. Review and select CRM software that meets our company’s needs
8. Conduct market research to follow trends and competition in the CRM field

Requirements
a. At least 2 years of work experience as a CRM Director or similar role
b. Solid background in customer retention strategies
c. Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems, such as Salesforce
d. Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
e. Experience in managing marketing projects end-to-end
f. Bonus: Experience with the T-Mall ecosystem
