Job Summary:
-Be responsible for new product development, new technology development, and localization of raw materials for the industrial tape business
-Develop new adhesives and adhesive formulations
-Focus on creating and implementing manufacturable and cost effective PSA designs and then provide engineering support to the transition process to production
-Work closely with Sales and product management, European and US technical peers

Requirements:
-Master or above in chemistry or polymer science or equivalent
-Experience with adhesives and resins used for PSA tapes in auto, electronics etc
-Experience with adhesives formulation
-Experience with lab equipment and testing for PSA tapes
-Fluent English
