Our client is a global leading company in high-tech industries, with professional technology and customer-orientated culture.
Job Responsibilities:
- HR Partner for responsible department, provide HR solution/service base on the business needs,
including but not limited to performance evaluation, talent identification
- Analyze and investigate the need for support of business and translate into a catalogue of requirements
to develop value generating HR products and solutions
- Identify business trends and developments and anticipate need for action for the strategic alignment of
HR
- Facilitate HR initiatives roll-out and ensure positive impact to business including but not limited to people
engagement, mentorship etc.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 10+ years of HRBP experience in manufacturing industries
- Excellent communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills, and good interpersonal skills to drive for
results across functions
- Fluent in English
