This position contributes to Company success by managing a team responsible for supporting business digitalization. Manages deliverables for the team against expected results with a focus on operational and tactical activities that align to business objectives. Applies an in-depth understanding of systems engineering and administration and a good understanding of overall IT disciplines in IoT/Cloud/Big data/AI in guiding and coaching team members. Makes judgments about priorities and the team's approach to work based on an understanding of how the team contributes to the achievement of broader objectives. Adapts plans to meet business challenges. Identifies and resolves technical, operational, risk management, and organizational challenges.

Responsibilities:

1.Leading a cross digital product team to support platform/Operating Companies applications in the future, especially in digital domain.

2.Communicating directly with customers (internal and external) to establish details of problems/requirements and ensuring they are kept informed of the status/progress of any outstanding issue

3. Providing technical support/advice to customers and internal stakeholders (e.g. product management, account management)

4.Liaising with other teams and business units to ensure the customer & business strategy alignment

5.Develop high level financial and business case models to assess solution options and assist in prioritization of information technology portfolio

6.Develop strategies, road maps and customer system architectures in digital domain to align and empower business growth

7.Work hand-in-hand with relevant IT domain leaders or 3rd party technical partners to design, architect, develop, integrate, test and rollout solutions.

8.Ensure process compliance with IT security, audit and other standards. And best practices should be aware of leveraging.

9.Corporate and work closely with cross-function teams to analyze business, design IT/digital solutions and delivery projects on time and in budget.

Qualifications:

1.Minimum 10 years' experience in application design, architecture, development, deployment, integrating vendor solutions and project management, etc.

2.Minimum of 5 years’ experience to digital solutions and support by managing development team or support team to provide large scale customer end to end solutions

3.Ability to translate business strategies and emerging external trends to organizational and operational tactics.

4.Ability to solve unique and highly complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.

5.Experienced in team leadership

6.Good oral and written English skills.

7.Business acumen
