Job Summary:
-Manage the technical support team (4-5 subordinates) in China
-Support Wood Industry business growth, new product lunch, trouble shooting etc
-Work with product development, business development to speed up new projects
-Develop and strengthen team technical expertise
-Train the sales technical skills
-Work with global technical support team

Requirements:
-Bachelor or Master in Chemistry, Material Science or related discipline
-Experiences and knowledge about chemicals’ application in wood industry
-Leadership experiences
-Fluent English
