 Liaise with CEO and BU Presidents to have business effectiveness analysis and finance forecast.
 Design and build up the financial policy and procedure to support the business development.
 Manage the finance team and oversee entire company financial activities.
 Develop a timely and accurate monthly financial package and review regularly with senior management team.
 Provide accounting (“US GAAP or IFRS”) guidance to other finance team members
 Establish, implement, and monitor appropriate internal controls which are U.S. SOX compliant for expected IPO activities.
 Discuss financial terms and conditions with customers and perform negotiations when needed.
 Provide support in budget preparation and expense management activities.
 Review statutory reporting and other filings as per company policies.
 Work with Big 4 auditors in performing financial audits and implementing audit recommendations.
 Provide guidance to the finance staff when needed.
 Review month-end reconciliations and account and tax closing processes
 Participate in team meetings to discuss about financial results and issues.
 Provide financial support in company mergers and acquisitions.
 May require periodic visits to oversees office (sales offices).
