General Manager
Responsibilities
 Key business driver by setting annual income targets and developing the relevant
marketing and leasing strategies;
 Constantly aware of leasing trends and formulate profit-generating initiatives;
 Maintain good relations with key tenants and establish strong connections with real
estate agents;
 To formulate and implement asset enhancement works from time to time to enhance
the value and attractiveness of the portfolio;
 Build good relationships with tenants and all government authorities;
Requirements
 Degree in Business or related disciplines;
 Minimum 20 years of relevant experience with a leading property developer or real
estate agent;
 Target oriented with a strong passion for accomplishment and an ability to work under
pressure;
 Excellent oral and written presentation skills in both Mandarin and English;
 Station in Mainland China is required.
