Job description

Develop data analytics strategy for the group
• Drive strategy development on data analytics for the group (e.g. on use cases prioritization, infrastructure upgrade, capability development, implementation roadmap)

Build and manage the analytics center-of-excellence
• Source, recruit and onboard data analytics talents (e.g. data analyst, business translator)
• Set targets and evaluate team members performance
• Work with human resource to tailor career development path and integration/ramp-up plan

Lead analytics enablement service delivery to portfolio brands
• Act as thought-partner to portfolio brands and counsel on analytics use case identification and prioritization


Professional experience:
• >10 years hands-on data analytics/project management experience at a digital/analytics agency or analytics management role in a leading consumer company
• Demonstrated success in growing, maturing and delivering leading analytics environments
Skill qualification:
• Demonstrated expertise in leadership and complex project management
• In-depth understanding of analytics use cases, preferably in beauty and cosmetics category
• Exceptional communicator who can engage and deliver strategic agenda to CXO level audience on analytics topics
• Ability to lead and mobilize direct reports in a changing environment
• Robust relationship building capabilities with external vendors/data partners
Academic background:
• Degree (Master above preferred) : Marketing major from business school or Operations Research, Mathematics.
