职位描述：
To manage the RD project from a-z
Responsible for the entire life cycle management of the project to ensure that the project is delivered on time and on budget.
Develop project plans, manage project progress and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-departmental teams to resolve issues and conflicts in projects.
Monitor project risks and formulate response measures.
Provide project reports to support high-level decision-making.

任职要求：
Bachelor's degree or above, project management, engineering or related majors.
More than 5 years of project management experience, PMP certification is preferred.
Have good communication and coordination skills.
Familiar with project management tools and methods.
