Description
・ In charge of business improvements and give solutions to key business issues of production & logistic area.
・ Working together with business team and 3rd party partners like global forwarders and factories to make business solutions.
・ Lead system vendors to fulfill the business requirements with high quality IT systems.
・ Periodically knowledge sharing with global IT team members and cultivate junior members.

Experience
Must:
・ Leadership/Toughness/Straightness
・ High business analysis ~ Conceptual and logical thinking ability
・ Communication skills that can convince others and promote the solution
・ Experience of Supply Chain related business.

Hope:
・ IT project management or maintenance experience of at least one of ERP/PLM/MES system (related to SCM).
・ Knowledge of retail industry or manufacturing industry
・ Professional certification of project management, such as PMP, Prince2, etc.
・ Professional certification of ITIL/CCA, MCSE/MCIP, etc.
・ Knowledge of trading or familiar with SPA business flow.
