Responsibilities:
• Responsible for company P&L and report to Board of Directors.
• Develop and execute the company‘s strategic plan, to align with JV partners' goal.
• Identify new opportunities for product innovation to drive business growth
• Oversee plant manufacturing and operation to ensure on time delivery with quality and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of management experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience in cross-border JV environment and stakeholder management.
• Proficient English.
