Senior Sourcing Engineer, Regional Category Management
Individual Contributor
Report to Asia Indirect Procurement Head
1. Responsible for Asia Indirect Category Management covering 7 countries, 10+ plants and 20+ commercial offices.
2. Strategic sourcing, supplier development and term negotiation.
3. Responsible categories: CAPEX, MRO, facility, professional services, marketing, etc.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's or above.
2. More than 5 years of experience in indirect sourcing in manufacturing environment.
3. Ability to negotiate with external suppliers and interact with cross regional internal stakeholders.
4. Proficient English.
