What You Will Do:
o Perform and drive monthly reporting, analytical processes, and presentation support to
deliver information to our global executive team
o Consolidate monthly P&L results, update monthly forecast, and understand key drivers
of performance and forecast variations to meet monthly corporate reporting
requirements
o Support Operations, RD&E, and Marketing to identify, track, and drive cost savings
initiatives
o Provide executive decision support, including reporting and analysis of key financials
and metrics
o Assist in coordination, development, consolidation, and completion of annual plan and
mid-year strategic business review processes for GC Industrial Group
o Supervise, guide, and develop associates within and outside chain of command
o Conduct and manage other ad hoc requests from senior leadership, including
preparation of analysis and/or presentations for our monthly sector review

Qualifications:
o Prefer Management Trainee from other MNCs with 7+ years working experience,
especially chemical and manufacturing company
o Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA is a plus
o Proficient in SAP, EPM and/or the Hyperion suite of software
o Strong analytical and communication skill
o Good written and spoken English
