ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Junior Business Development Manager Duties and Responsibilities
 Support the definition of China Adjuvants Strategy
 Identify products and services
 Conduct market research on customers, machinery producers, farmers and
competitors
 Support the definition of Sales Channels to achieve rapid growth
 Implement China Adjuvant Strategy
 Budgeting and Planning
 Manage current customers, identify and acquire new customers
 Create pricing, promotional material and distribution channels
 Promote products and services via networking, specialized press and tradeshows.
 Negotiating sales contracts
 Build brand loyalty
 Travel to field often to understand farmer/applicator challenge and expectations
 Provide directly or with support of colleagues agronomic/application expertise
