‐ Realization of the proactive sales strategies in the designated region；
‐ Development of regional strategies and conception of measures for business expansion and market defense together with peers.
‐ Support at market introduction of solutions, products and services；
‐ Technical and commercial consulting of Sales Teams including Global Account Manager (GAM) as portfolio expert；
‐ Support the negotiations and develop sales channel in cooperation with the responsible HoS/ASM/GAM
‐ To be involved in problem solving and proper process definition to increase efficiency, thus to improve customer satisfaction;
‐ Support at internal and external conferences (technical speeches, presentations, trainings)；
‐ Systematic collection of customer feedback and market acceptance in regard to assigned portfolio to determine required actions.
