• Work closely with line manager on developing strategies and drive execution to attract top caliber employees in a high-growth environment effectively.
• Partner with line managers to Update JD and recruitment database by coordinating with hiring managers to ensure exact position information.
• Professionally manage the recruitment function to meet the resourcing requirements through innovative, cost effective and timely manner.
• Ensure local sourcing practices are compliant with regional/local initiatives and legal requirements and meet business priorities.
• Conduct exact recruiting process including screening/test/interview/final selection and hiring etc.
• Coach managers to improve the quality of assessment and interview techniques.
• Provide recruiting reports accurately and punctually to line manager.
• Provide cross support to other team’s member when appropriate.
