Overview IT Project Management Office specialist manage budget vender and project

Description
1. Manage, trace and control Great China IT department semi-annual/annual (HQ /stores) budget
2. Monitoring and guide IT members go through the GCN IT procurement process, including planning, investment, contract and payment with the Purchasing PJ team, finance team, etc.
3. Cooperate with the purchasing department to manage IT venders. Optimize vendor structure, and assist the venders’ selection, evaluation the price and quality of venders.
4. Organize the cross-area communication to track all GCN IT projects’ milestones, deliverables, issue, risk and improve the project regular status reporting template
5. Continuous improve the IT training structure and organize events like TB to achieve activation Organization
6. Understand both the global and local IT strategy and support GCN IT to achieve the

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree
2. At least 3+ years' experience in IT PMO, budget management, IT vendor management
3. Have PMP, Prince2 and other project management certification is preferred;
4. Have ITIL/CCA, MCSE/MCIP certification is preferred
5. 1-3 years of working in foreign enterprise or work with global team experience is preferred
