Industry Vacuum Business Development Engineer - Technical support

Report to 【IV】 Business Development Manager
JOB Description:
Application and product consulting for sales, customers for technical questions
Provide vacuum calculation and project proposal on the base of technical features, cost comparisons and unique selling points with all necessary documentations.
On site project support for new or complicate applications or projects
Generate training material of applications and products and deliver trainings to sales and customers.
Member of product launch team.
Generate Q&A documents for selected products and applications.
Another task as assigned.
Support sales to win major projects in the market from technical side.
Support sales to develop Leybold business.
Support customers to make good use of Leybold with good product and application knowledges.
Follow up and get feedbacks from makes and feedback to product development team.
Create selling stories, training materials, FAQs for sales and customers.
Get trainings for new products for trainer level.

应用及产品销售咨询,支持客户技术问题咨询
根据产品技术特点、成本比较、独特的卖点和所有必要的文件,提供真空计算和项目建议书
对新的或复杂的应用程序或项目的现场进行项目支持
制定应用程序和产品的培训材料,并对销售和客户提供培训
产品发布团队成员为选定的产品和应用程序生成问答文档
安排的其他工作
