On Wednesday, RGF Talent Solutions China participated in the 2025 Fall MBA Employer Exchange held by the Antai College of Economics and Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. This marks the seventh consecutive year that RGF has been invited to this distinguished event. This year's exchange brought together nearly 30 renowned enterprises from various industries, along with a gathering of MBA students and alumni. RGF was represented at the event by three of our senior consultants.

Our participation served a dual purpose: to identify potential candidates suitable for our clients' open positions and to provide tailored career advice to the MBA professionals in attendance.
