Position Responsibilities
• Identify opportunities to evolve, evangelize and embed security architecture standards and processes into existing enterprise processes to ensure standardization of IT implementations.
• Lead long term architecture strategy and ensure compliance to the reference architecture and security requirements.
• Design and review cloud solution, make sure it aligns company standard to mitigate information security risks
• Articulate architecture vision, security strategies, and trade-offs to stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners. You should be comfortable counseling various stakeholders into the security implications of different decisions they make to meet their requirements.
• Self-starter that doesn’t need day to day guidance on responsibilities
• Determines security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements; researching information security standards; conducting system security and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments; studying architecture/platform; identifying integration issues; preparing cost estimates.
• Develop positive partnerships and work closely with team members of the Information Security, Risks and Compliance teams in a coordinated and focused manner.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of Information Security Experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of Information Technology experience including building reference architecture and conceptual architecture for security problem spaces and security controls.
• 3+ Years Azure Cloud Architecture and Federation
• Has experience with authentication and authorization in large scale environments
• Ability to translate security concepts into business language and present to executive level audience
• Strategic thinker that can take in business requirements across multiple business units and develop solutions, reference architectures, and policies to support and enable business priorities.
• Experience specializing in at least one security domain (particularly application, network, and/or platform/devices)
• Strong understanding of China local privacy and security laws as well as multi-layer protection scheme (MPLS) and the ability to provide advisory and guidance based on these rules and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
• Extensive experience modern platforms like Cloud, Mobile, and API security
• Experience with Identity as a Service (IDaaS)
• Web Security experience inclusive of on-premise and hosted in the cloud
• Experience in Network and Application Security
• Ali Cloud experience
