My client is a world-leader in maritime products & services and domains its nichie with high reputation amongst maritime players.

As a full P&L owner and sitting in China, the job incubent will look after sales, marketing, finance HR, supply chain, project management with a team of 80+ People locating in different cities of China.

Key Reponsibilities:
- Design China Business Strategy, budget and business plans based in alignment with global guidance.
- Daily manage and drivel sales in Ship services towards clients in Maritime industries, especially ship owners.
- Develop exeucutive-level relations with key accounts and relevant authorties.
- Constantly optimizing daily operations and sales effectivenesss, povide training and development to to the team.
- Effective communication with cross-border stake holders; Actively work with colleagues in defferent part of the world.
