职位描述
The role is in charge of the overall smart manufacturinng business, based in Shanghai, reporting to GC President.
Responsiblities:
- Define and drive the innvation and businenss strategy of smart maufacturing group
- Develop and maintain strong connection with governmental authorities and c-level decision makers of customers
- Lead the penetration of top tier customers in energy, automotive, semicon, chemical, life sciences industries
- Manage and develop a sizeable team of more than 50 people
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in science / engineering, MBA proferred
- Strong exposures to Plant operation/ Automation/ Excellence and Digitalization
- Strong leadership and senior level stake holders management skills
- Innovative, think out-of-the-box, strong business acumen.
