The job holder should meet the following requirements:
• 3+ years' experience in a General Management Position in a foreign invested (metallurgical)plant engineering and construction company
• Proven track record in selling industrial plant equipment.
• Experiences in managing mechanical production workshop
• Excellent business understanding, customer orientation, sales and service affinity
• Results-oriented and process-driven
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Presentation and Training Skills (expert)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Benchmarking (basic)
• Project management (expert)
