Main tasks
- Responsible for optical sensor information collecting and selection, optical sub-module product concept design and platform development, product performance analysis and test, product trouble shooting and optimization base on company's products development plan.
- Research advanced sensor technologies of specific materials and structure and process. Introduce it to company to create innovative application in company product family.
- Responsible for optical thin film application development in sensor product follow latest optical thin film technology and company business and technology strategies , recommend, and apply the new technology in our coating process.
- Sourcing and evaluated and introduce suitable manufacture and measurement equipment to company related to sensor product.
- Support business department to excavate the deep needs of customers and marketing, support technical discussion and product definition with customer as the technical expert in the customized product in concept and planning.
- Manager the R&D project to ensure projects move on as schedule, to find and solve problem with high efficiency and high-quality during projects development.
- Consulting of internal and external customer.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or above, major in physics or optics or photonics or semiconductor microelectronics or instrument and apparatus discipline.
- Or equivalent along with 5 years’ experience in sensor system Integration and manufacture like optical sensor, IR sensor, Ambient Light sensor, Biomedical sensor, Automotive sensor, Optical communication module etc.
- Experience and knowledge in ultra-clean room process development, familiar with the process of ion implantation, sputtering coating, photolithography, etching, encapsulation and bonding , surface process and the material of silicone,glass,semiconductor processing material.
- Familiar with sensor application end marketing in display, communication, wearable device, automotive, biomedical industry etc.
- Having test and analysis experience for electric, optical, and mechanical parameter of sensor is preferred.
- Having film coating design tool (CAD/FEA etc) ,analysis tools, measurement instruments is preferred.
- High level of written and spoken English and communication capability.
