The Demand and Supply Planner is responsible for developing and executing a robust and reliable supply plan; acting as the escalation point for GC issues and resolutions.

1.Drive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, challenge assumptions of future demands, manage supply info to validate/revise demand plan and support cross functional teams to achieve the consensus forecast.

2.Work on supply planning once have consensus demand forecast:
2.1 Maintain master data in excel and SAP/APO
2.2 Conversion between Available for Sale (AFS) and Warehouse Replenishment Forecast (ETA)
2.3 Coordinate with NZ / local 3rd party manufacturing team to solve supply issue (capacity, package material, raw material, vessel capacity, etc.) and provide mitigation plan.

3.Place order to NZ/TPM plants, tracking shipping schedule and feedback any shipment delays which impacts sales plan.

4.Single point of contact (escalation point) for GC business. This involves a great level of collaboration skills and the ability to bring different parties together to reach an optimum solution for any issues or areas of improvement.

5.Identify and report impending or potential out-of-stocks. Improve the reliability of inventory, service delivery levels, and customer service.

6.Own the day to day forecast process to ensure that appropriate issues have been resolved and communicated with NZ supply team/3rd party manufacturing team.

7.Liaise closely with GC Sales, Marketing, Account Managers, Commercial and Operations Team.
