Risk Management:
- Perform regular risks assessment and implement adapted risk prevention measures
Crisis Management and Business Continuity:
- Implement the group crisis management policy ;
- Draft and maintain emergency response plans, and elaborate business continuity plans to mitigate risks and limit the impact of events affecting People, Assets and Reputation.
- Ensure continuous awareness and training of the crisis response teams.
Institutional network:
- Develop and foster effective working relationships with local institutional emergency response authorities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Applicant should have:
Master’s Degree majoring in risk, crisis & business continuity management.
5 to 7 years of experience in an international private environment, in corporate crisis and business continuity management.
Experience in liaison with regional, national, state and local government agencies.
Hands-on experience in matrix forms of organization.
Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English
Effective influencing, presentation and facilitation skills. Powerful communicator with various levels of organization and external parties.
Proactive, self-motivated, resourceful, have excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
Able to work under pressure and independently.
Excellent grasp of MS Office Suite and programs.
Fluent in English
