Risk Management:
- Perform regular risks assessment and implement adapted risk prevention measures

Crisis Management and Business Continuity:
- Implement the group crisis management policy ;
- Draft and maintain emergency response plans, and elaborate business continuity plans to mitigate risks and limit the impact of events affecting People, Assets and Reputation.
- Ensure continuous awareness and training of the crisis response teams.

Institutional network:
- Develop and foster effective working relationships with local institutional emergency response authorities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Applicant should have:
 Master’s Degree majoring in risk, crisis & business continuity management.
 5 to 7 years of experience in an international private environment, in corporate crisis and business continuity management.
 Experience in liaison with regional, national, state and local government agencies.
 Hands-on experience in matrix forms of organization.
 Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English
 Effective influencing, presentation and facilitation skills. Powerful communicator with various levels of organization and external parties.
 Proactive, self-motivated, resourceful, have excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
Able to work under pressure and independently.
Excellent grasp of MS Office Suite and programs.
Fluent in English
