职位描述
Ensure and promote the safety of all employees to the highest level. Champion safety improvement initiatives driven by employee engagement.
Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for HSE, production, maintenance, quality, supply chain and other production-related activities.
Responsible for daily production metrics and ensuring weekly/monthly results effectively communicated to all levels (site + corporate), coupled with site improvement actions
Educational background
At least bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or relevant field.
Working experience
1. 5 years plus working experience in chemical factory.
2. 3 years plus managing experience in chemical industry
3. Working experience in resin or additive is preferable.
4. 1 year experience in maintenance or engineering.
