职位描述
1/Design omni-channel 1P consumer data acquisition scheme, and manage leaky bucket of consumer funnel to stabilize and enlarge 1P consumer pool.
2/Build proper CRM system to maintain robustness and activeness of consumer asset
3/Construct solid plan to dial up brand power and conversion thru consumer operation.
4/ Build organization awareness and understanding upon value of consumer operation, and be the spokesman(woman) for internal collaboration and drive for results.
5/ As team leader, build and develop high performance team.
