This role is responsible to manage company Engineering Department to implement Morgan Group and SMC-EC Strategies and business development with the precondition that safety and compliance requirement are both followed, including equipment maintenance, facility management, energy control and Capex coordination, etc.
Establish relevant maintenance management system/ KPIs/analysis to track and improve equipment performance; Set up maintenance objectives and procedures; Promote TPM and preventive maintenance to drive downtime improvement;
Be responsible for special equipment management around company, in coordination with relative national laws and regulations
Design/Optimize/Streamline shop-floor layout.
Be responsible to maintain and develop plant facilities, to guarantee its availability;
