Job Description
1. Instructor Led Training coordination, planning and execution throughout the region. – 30%
2. Virtual Classroom coordination, planning and execution. -30%
3. Online University management and oversight – 20%
4. Involvement and management of design and development phases of curriculum/content design. -10%
5. Regular evaluation of effectiveness and return on investment of all training programs. -10%
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Work Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in the training industry with an emphasis on facilitation. Background in technical sales training and digital transformation education. 1-3 years working experience in B2B2C industry (Chemical/Aftermarket/Building Material/Electronics).
Knowledge: Understanding of LMS functions and associated programming. Experience with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe and Scorm.
English: Fluent in oral and written.
